1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You have received the wrong product/model.
The product is incomplete or missing accessories.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products without original packaging, manuals, or warranty cards
Custom-ordered or special items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer care at info@kata.co.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
Share your Order ID, Product Name, and a photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our team will verify the issue and provide return instructions.
Return the product in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be credit within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is found defective or incorrect:

We will ship a Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 days. free of charge, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by emailing info@kata.co.in or calling customer care.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and you must follow the return process.
